General rule of thumb... buy the best GPU you can afford.
Resolve Studio makes intensive use of the GPU so your workflow will be easier if you've got the most horsepower available.
I edit 4K/50p videos with an old GTX1060/6 but I'm also using an older version of Resolve (15.3) that doesn't make such demands of the GPU. Most of the time my system runs smooth as silk but some things like temporal noise reduction, optical flow and such can cause it to drop to just a few frames per second in playback and render. A combination of heavy lifting like that can also produce out of memory errors.
So for 4K/60 work I'd take whatever card offers you at least 8GB (preferably more) of VRAM and the RTX series seem pretty popular.
