Audio and Video not syncing.

Hi there,

The audio and video from our Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K are out of sync once they have been uploaded to a desktop. Although some of the clips can be synced, other parts of the same clip will be out of sync. We think that the audio is drifting, and that it may be something to do with frame rates. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this? We are working on Premiere Pro by the way.

Did you accidentally record in the off-speed setting?
I have never seen problems with sync when using project speed. What is your timeline fps and what does the inspector show for clip speed? Is your viewer set to "Show all Video Frames"?
One needs more info to understand your problem.
