Gimbals That Power?

PostTue Jun 21, 2022 3:26 pm

Hi
Is the only gimbal out there that can power the BMPCC4k the Moza Air 2? or is there others?

It says:
Camera Power Supply Port: 2mm DC 7.8V
Peripherals Power Supply Port: DC5521 16.8V

no, the old DJI ronin-S could also supply the 4k with power.
however, the battery power dropped from 10 hours to 2 hours : -(

Not the Air 2S it says:

Would those not work?

The early Air 2s had problems with it's 12V port when powering a BMPCC 4K. It was fixed on models that have a 16.8V port.

You need to order a special cable to control the camera.
Air 2 triggers BMPCC 4K record with latest firmware version V1.0.4, but you need an optional cable like this.
