[18b4] Crash with Decklink

Fusion Studio v18b4 crashes randomly during monitoring with Decklink,

Crashes even with v18b5. It appears to be a phenomenon from v17.

I have found reproducibility.

1. Video monitoring setting is 2160p/10bit RGB
2. LD(4096x2160) and CC, CC output to Decklink.
3. When I change some CC parameter, Fusion Studio will always crash.

I know the output settings and footage sizes are different. Is the usage wrong? But Fusion v9 never crash.

This problem seems to have been corrected with v18 and Desktop Video v12.4. I will see how it goes in a bit.
