Davinci cant edit videos from Iphone

Hi. I wrote some weeks ago asking for help with my problem. The problem remains, so, i´m here with more data asking for help again.

The problem: i recorded videos with my iphone. I want to edit them on my windows pc, Davinci shows "file not found" on them.

So i intalled Mediainfo and here´s the results:

The first image is the video file pure, passed via usb to pc (the one that Davinci can´t find:

And here´s the same video file, but, instead of using usb cable, it went to Google Drive and then o download it from the cloud to the pc. This file (not pure and size reduced by Google Drive) Davinci can see perfectly:

So, the difference that i see is that the file Davinci can´t find has HEVC (pure file via usb) and the file from the cloud has AVC.

I need to have the pure file (size, quality and resolution) able to work with Davinci.

Which are my options? Thanks.
