Currently fonts are only arranged by name.
The problem when using "foreign" languages is that the relevant fonts are spread all across, so even if you have only 15 of them, you need to either remember their names or scroll down 200 fonts to find them (and if you didn't pick one you have to start all over).
Most programs nowadays have sections for different languages.
