No Shadow on M1 MacBook?

No Shadow on M1 MacBook?

Hello everyone

I have a problem with Fusion 3D. For reasons unknown to me Fusion does not cast a shadow . I have a spotlight I have enabled all shadows also in the renderer tried different options but it remains as it is, it does not cast a shadow. I am using a MacBook Pro with M1 chip set and unfortunately don't have a PC to try an alternative.

Has anyone of you experienced that with the in one chipset the shadows do not work in Da Vinci Resolve?

DR Version 18.0.1 build 3

Have you tried it with any shapes like a sphere or a plane?

Try moving the light backward, away from the setup. I just tested, and there seems to be some kind of clipping happening. This is happening on Windows, too, so I think it has nothing to do with the M1.

The only thing I did between these two screenshots was move the light:
