Desktop Video update (12.4.1) just killed Multibridge Utility As no warning about this was on the installer notes I am putting it here. Anyone know if I can install just the old Multibridge, while running the Decklink with 12.4.1?
Which I use to run 12 AES channels for Atmos
I am Windows 11 Pro 22H2 Resolve Studio Decklink 4k Extreme12G Multibridge Eclipse Threadripper Pro 3955wx GeForce 4090
I can get the multibridge utility.exe from the 12.4 installer but that still won't run. Wonder if I will have to roll back the Decklink firmware if I go back to 12.4.
You can, you just need to delete everything after .exe in the filename. I am rolling back to 12.4 because for the first time in 20 years BMD seem to have forgotten to include Adobe installers in the installer. Or a Windows/Adobe update has changed permissions but either way no decklink available to Premiere and After Effects. What did they do exactly?
Actually the latest upgrade killed the 4kExtreme completely. Multibridge was fine, just the cable was disconnected, but the decklink is very dead Any advice? Has anyone else updated and got a 4kextreme 12g working in Windows 11 on threadripper pro? Really hoping it isn't a PCIe compatibility issue. The firmware upgrade killed the card and I had to roll back to 12.4 to get it back it seems to install into a new folder, does not work, does not run in apps etc.
