It's an interesting demonstration that shows DaVinci on the iPad is the full DaVinci software but with these pages turned off. The reason is there is problems with the user interface on these pages where we need to make more changes for using them on the iPad. Plus there are technical limitations in the way these pages operate on an iPad.
We need more time to get them working and adapt them to some of the new Apple frameworks etc. We will continue to work on that, but we don't know exactly how long it will take.
Hi Peter,
thats not a bug it's a feature
Ok I understand it wasn't meant to be enabled but it makes the iPad version much more interesting I can't take my Desktop system out with me and this is fun. A very unexpected Christmas present from Blackmagic.
I hope Blackmagic decide to keep this feature available, even though there will be bugs in the other pages thats fine. Cut and Colour are the pages that are expected to work anything else that does is a bonus.
I wasn't planning on buying the iPad studio version, I wasn't expecting my Air3 to be able to run it to be fair.
I am up for buying it now, and I suspect there are many others too.
Thank you again for this wonderful feature
