Fusion - shortcut spacebar+shift = freezing DR

Hi,
every time I try to recall shortcut for SELECT TOOL on Fusion Page, either using spacebar+shift or spacebar+ctrl, Davinci will freeze.

How to solve it please?

Works here. Are you pressing Space+Shift or Shift+Space? You should press and hold Shift before Space, because pressing Space first will initiate playback.

tried. I press first shift (or ctrl), still freezing

Some OFX that's crashing maybe? Any third party effects installed?

only audio fabfilter plugins, could it have impact as well?

They wouldn't show in the list of Fusion tools so I doubt it.

Logs should hopefully be able to tell you what's failing.

SOLVED, it worked perfectly, but due to 2 monitors, I didnt see the window with tools.
so moved back to only 1 monitor and back, and works again

So CTRL Space doesn't work on 18.1.4 on W10 with a 2 screen setup?
been like this since V17?
I know it's there, lurking behind. Is the coding to fix it so burdensome?
Or should the feature just be removed?
I personally liked it but ...
