Did "enable 2d scrolling" get removed with the 18.1 update?

I'm trying to enable timeline scrolling and I can't seem to find it in the view menu. When I go to timeline scrolling all of the options seem to be greyed out.

Not REmoved, just...moved.

Preferences>User>UI Settings.

I'm pretty sure I could scroll horizontally through open timelines also but I can't for a long time now. Any ideas?

The only way to switch from one timeline to another when using Stacked Timelines is by clicking with the mouse. Has always been this way.

Still can't find anywhere to enable it for the Cut Page.

I love Resolve overall, but little things like this seriously degrade the experience. It would be so easy to fix too...I really can't think of a single person who would want 2d scrolling disabled by default.

I think everyone would want it disabled by default. It has to be off for the mouse wheel to horizontally scroll the timeline without a modifier, which is SOP in pretty much every NLE.

Sorry, that's what I meant....There's not a single advantage to not being able to scroll automatically without a modifier
