Do I still need a video patch bay if I already have Blackmagic Smart Videohub 20x20 ?

Normally, no. Videohub is a router. A router is a patch bay + distribution amp.

@mpetech is absolutely right. Just in some cases, you may still need a separate video patch bay. For example:
- you have a large number of video devices that don't have SDI or HDMI outputs and require analog connections
- if you need to change the order of signals or having different sources go to different destinations at the same time
- very large number of video signals that need to be routed, as it may become cumbersome to manage them all through a single Videohub
This might sounding like self-explanatory for somebody, but better to think in advance.
