[Solved 18.5] Does DaVinci have Speech-to-Text for captions?

PostSat Mar 18, 2023 8:38 am

As for the tile, I'm wondering if DaVinci Resolve has somewhere the function "Speech-to-Text" to convert audio in captions.

So many software for editing video have it already, but unfortunately not yet for resolve.
may be next version.
Begin using Resolve in Mon May 02, 2022.
All of Software in the world are just tools. No perfect Software. Use it if it works for you.

There is a Workflow Integration plugin from Simon Says:
https://www.simonsaysai.com/blackmagic- ... -extension

Works fine on Mac... tho I assume what you're asking for is something that is free and/or not subscription based.

Yes exactly.
However anything with subscription must not enter any longer in my Studio.
I was Scr*-up with that system.
