Please help. My friend has a documentary she wants me to color correct. We both signed up for the cloud and she paid for the collaboration account and shared here library with me. All is good and when I sign on I see her library and timelines. HOWEVER. there really doesn't seem to be a real connection. If i make a change she doesn't get it on her end. there's no yellow check marks, syncing or anything. If you click on the collaboration icon and the bottom left mine just shows me and when she clicks on hers it just shows her. so clearly we are not really sharing?? yet we are able to both open the library and projects. We have tried creating different libraries and files but same issue.
Okay I have a log now from both our computers to send you. They are zip files. Forgive me but how do I upload them to you here? or do you have an email I can send them to? Thanks
While it may not be the issue, I would note that macOS 11 Big Sur is the minimum supported macOS version for Resolve 18. The machine for the log you've sent is using 10.15.7 Catalina.
