Whither Cloud Dock?

So far I have not seen Cloud Docks in dealer stocks, nor links to Cloud Dock updates nor manuals. Is this product for real? Does anybody use one?

Doesn't seem like there are many users on here yet. I asked a relatively simple question which has still not got an answer (Can you add storage to the Cloud Docks via USB-C like the Cloud Pod, in addition to the SSD slots?)

There is an answer from BMD on the B&H Cloud Dock 2 page: “They are not ready for release yet. ”

Yeah, I ordered one in early May, and still have heard nothing. I contacted my reseller and basically heard the same thing. Kinda nuts that there are pre-orders being taken and still no availability date in sight, even after 6 months.
