16.2 Serious Flaw

PostFri Mar 27, 2020 12:28 am

First time using 16.2. Worked on a project for several hours, saving once every 1/2 hour. Program crashed an only the first save actually saved! Lost 3 hours of work! Rebuilt the project and turned on "AutoSave" which I saw it do several times and cheked the project to ensure there were indeed backups being created. Decided to take a break and close the program. Hit save before I closed the program. When I closed the program, the program showed a confirmation window saying I had edits that weren't saved and would I like to save. Odd....so I clicked save. Nothing. I could cancel and go back to the program where I tried to save there. Nothing. Tried to exit and got the same dialog box. Still couldn't save! No errors or anything. This version is seriously messed up. I have logs attached if anyone wants them.

Windows 10
AMD 1800x 32 GB
Asus 570x MB
AMD 580 Video card

Source files on a NAS, cache files on local NVMe system drive with program install. Nothing crazy.
