Can the Blackmagic URSA Mini 4K EF shoot at 120 fps ?
On your bebsite, it's indicate that The Ursa Mini 4K EF can only shoot at 60fps. But on Internet, i can find videos (youtube.com/watch?v=QnSveZsfxeI) of the Mini 4K EF at 120 fps ??

Yes, the 4K EF model shoots up to 120FPS in windowed sensor mode (1920x1080). 4K shooting is limited to 60FPS. Here are some videos I shot with mine that show it in action:
