Solo a video track in a timeline [SOLVED]

PostMon Nov 14, 2016 3:56 pm

This seems like such a newb question, so my apologies, but is there a way to easily solo a video track in the edit tab a la After Effects? Thanks.

There is a "Visibility" toggle in the usual location - the patchfield on the left hand side of the sequence pane.
Turn everything "off" that you don't want to see.

Thanks. I am aware of the visibility toggle which is exactly why I posted this question. When I have several video tracks and want to toggle between just one track and all the tracks, clicking off each track only to have to individually click each one on again gets to be a real pain in the derriere. It would be much simpler if there was a solo button to click like After Effects. I tried looking to see if one exists. But I guess not?

If I remember correctly, Alt+Select with mouse on 1 track automatically turns off all the others (I'm sure there is an opposite to this too). Cant confirm without looking at the manual again. In addition, this question was asked 1 or 2 (approx.) ago on here too.

Alt click (Win) Opt click (Mac) on the visibility "X".
Just like Avid.
