Timelines sort in Edit drop down menu

PostThu Dec 13, 2018 1:31 pm

Hi everyone!

I need your help if there's a way (or could be a feature request) to sort the timelines in the Edit page drop down menu as shown in the picture attached.
Now it works by creation order and in middle-big project could be a mess to quickly find the last version of your edit if the clients are not requesting modifications with a precise order!

Is there a way to select "Sort by: User" like in Media page for Bins?

Thank you very much.

Tobia

This issue also carries over into the "Delivery Page" when you look at the "Viewer" drop down list.
This is a list of all Timelines and also gets sorted by Order Created instead of Alphabetical.

I've seen this mentioned on a couple Facebook Groups as well.

Thank you MLanghausen for your reply.

Yes, even the Delivery page has the same "issue". I think it's something linked by each other.

 Blackmagic Design guys, please add this simple feature "Sort by: ..." even in the drop down menu.

We would really appreciate it!

I second that! It's really handy, and with bigger projects becomes a real mess...
