Hi, I was using 16.2 quite happily with no issues but decided to upgrade to 17.
Having done so, 17 would not play media but then crashed and crashed every time I tried to open it.
I uninstalled and tried to reinstall 16 but the installation won’t complete as an error message keeps coming up saying a RAW plugin cannot be installed.
So now neither version works.
Any clues or suggestions on a fix as this is such a great piece of software.
