Useful tip for Windows systems: with keyboard focus set to the window you want to move you can use the keyboard combo Alt+Spacebar to open the window menu, followed by "M" to active the "Move" function. You can then move the window using the arrow keys until you get an edge into view that you can grab with the mouse. You can do this even if the top-left corner is so far off the screen that you can't even see the window menu.
If the window won't move it's probably because it's "Maximized" to fill the screen. Use Alt+Spacebar followed by "R" to "restore" the window, then Alt+Spacebar followed by "M" to move it.
