Hi everyone,
I used this machine for the first time as the main recorder during a very important event. As usual, I ran some recording tests beforehand to check both video and audio. However, after a few minutes of recording, when I pressed the stop button, the **REC** and **PLAY** buttons stayed lit, the machine froze completely, and the timecode was stuck. There was no way to intervene—I had to cut the power to restore functionality.
The same issue occurred during a second attempt. You can imagine the panic and the loss of trust in the device in such a critical situation. For safety, I immediately set up parallel recordings using an ATEM and a Video Assist.
I was working in **1080p25**, recording in **H.264 SDI** format on **Lexar XC V60 250MB/s** SD cards. After the two faults, I changed the settings to **H.264 Medium**, and fortunately, the problem didn’t happen again.
