Error Code:1 (The GPU failed to perform image processing...)

Hello, everybody. I have searched the forum, but I did not found anything that can help me with this exact error, so if there is a thread describing the solution, please point me to it.

So, I have received this Error Code 1: The GPU failed to perform image processing because of an error. I wanted to do some masking (maybe 250 points in the outline) of a person, and as soon as I have finished drawing the outline, Davinci showed this error. I am using latest version of DaVinci on the Zen Power Notebook. I have 32GB RAM and nVidia GPU with 8GB. The clip I was trying to mask is under 200MB, recorded in 30fps; if this is something that is important I really don´t know. In the attached picure is one timeline that has more clips under that one, but I have also tried the same thing on another timeline, with just the one clip, and same happened.

In your case, it points to an overload of the GPU. Try to observe the load with GPU-Z (free).

Thanks. But in case that it is the problem, what can I do to manage it? I have to say that it was just the masking in one frame, what caused the problem, not tracking or some more serious calculations.

Try to lower your timeline resolution.
