Dear Forum members,
Has any of you experienced the following issues after updating to 9.3.2?
We have two locations, with different issues:
1.st location:
-"old" ATEM 4ME 4K (grey, with sdi/hdmi mv)
- Atem Camera Control Panel
- 2 ME old panel
The 9.3.2 only update the camera control panel, but every day if we have the camera control panel plugged, the 2ME panel, and atem software control looses the network connection to the atem mixer. Unplugging the Camera control panel resolves the problem, but this is not a working workaround
2nd location:
- 2ME Constellation HD
- 1 ME old panel
- gpi tally box
The 9.3.2 update applies to constellation hd, and (if i recall correctly) applied to old panel as well. Every day atem software control, and panel looses permanently the connection to constellation. The engineer always restarts the whole constellation, so i don't know, if simple network up/down would solve the issue.
Has anyone experienced such a problem?
