urgent - cannot activate license

resolve prompted me to enter the license key again. i have 2 activation keys, none of them work. i get the following error: "there was an error when attempting to perform the activation"

mac studio ultra m1
i have stable internet connection

i tried it on 2 other systems in the office, same story. tried to update resolve, same story. what is going on?

Same problem for me this morning on a fresh install with OS ubuntu 24.04
tested on 19 beta2

Same problem here. Can not activate or deactivate our Resolve Studio.

Maybe the servers are down?

i used avid for now.. didn't expect this ever to happen.

Wait b3 version.

I had same issue on r19b1. Fixed by uninstalling resolve, then reinstalling it.
Opening resolve the previous activation reasserted itself, and resolve opened directly into my last open project.

I have been using Studio version of Resolve for years. Today I went to update to Resolve Studio 19, downloaded it and get watermark on the screen. uninstall and reinstall again and same thing. No help at all from customer support, just a form email saying I need to purchase a license. What is going on and how do I get proper customer support???

Appearntly you installed the free version of Resolve 19. If you do own a Studio license, make sure to download the studio version and activate it when asked to enter the license key.

If you scroll down the left hand column on the Support page you will come to the version 19 downloads.
