Camera inputs flash exactly every 30 minutes decklink duo 2

Hey! We produce a weekly livestream and recently installed a decklink duo 2 into our stream desktop to run a 2-4 camera stream each week. Since using this new computer, we have noticed that all camera inputs flash black and restart on their own at almost exact 30 minute intervals. We used the same decklink in a different desktop and never had this issue. All cameras are blackmagic products (two 4Ks and one studio 1080p).

Any idea as to what this could be? we've already tried using different iterations of decklink drivers to no avail. Also tried different PCIE slots. any tips would be greatly appreciate!
