ATEM Microphone Converter

Hi everyone,

I've an ATEM Microphone Converter connected to an HD8 ISO. I want to monitor the audio using headphones post equalisation and dynamics. I'd also rather not spend £1000 on the Blackmagic audio monitor to do that. What are others using ?

I went down the route of Sennheiser HD 300 Pro headphones, changed the cable to the Sennheiser II-X5, connected to the headset 5 pin XLR socket in the ATEM HD8. Selecting CANS and PGM MIX on the HD8 then lets you listen to the program mix. No noticeable latency when using a microphone through the ATEM Microphone Converter.
