WEB PRESENTER 4K CACHE FULL

Hello Blackmagic Design team,

I am writing because I recently purchased a WebPresenter 4K and it is experiencing several internet-related issues. The data rate does not exceed 0.6MBps, and the cache always fills up, even though the internet speed is above 200MB. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving these problems as soon as possible, as I have several live broadcasts to conduct for my church in Brazil.

Hi! First of all, try to push something other than a static picture. You are getting 0.6MBps because there is no data to transcode. As soon as your video starts moving, you will get a much higher stream bitrate.
