Hi all,
I recently got a used HyperDeck Shuttle 2, and to begin with thought it didn't work because it doesn't recognise the HDMI output from my camera (a Panasonic FZ2000).
I tried plugging my Blu-Ray player into the HyperDeck, and it sees a video signal and can record.
My camera is filming in 4K, but is set to downscale the video to 4:2:2 1080p 25fps for the HDMI output. I'm wondering if the camera is RGB because I've read the HyperDeck Shuttle 2 can only record YUV, but I don't know. I also only have one micro HDMI cable, so it could be that (although I can use the same cable to successfully plug my camera into external monitors). I have a new cable on the way to test.
Any ideas?
