ATEM 1M/E Production Studio 4k

I recently purchased an ATEM 1 M/E Production Studio 4K and am having trouble updating the Program and Preview screens via the buttons on the unit itself. Specifically, I cannot change camera feeds, color bars, black display, etc., on the Program and Preview screens. I am also experiencing the same issue with configuring the auxiliary outputs.
Would you please be able to provide assistance? It is worth noting that the correct outputs are displaying on the small LCD monitor on the unit itself.
Please note, we can operate the Production Switcher successfully via ATEM Software Control, but not with the physical buttons.

The buttons on the front panel ONLY control the AUX outs.
