Help Needed - ATEM Mini Pro - no image output to PC

I have a Sony Alpha camera connected to a ATEM Mini Pro, which I use for video in Streamyard and Skype.

A few moths ago image started disappearing randomly. Skype hungs every time it happens. Same thing happens in Streamyard (although the app does not hang).

When this happens, the image is still ok in the HDMI output, which means the image is getting to the ATEM unit fine.

I have updated the ATEM firmware to the latest build.

I am thankful for any help.

in latest software U can select , what is going out from USB .. check it , what is selected here ..

Skype has been struggling with BMD webcam outputs for me.
I have had odd issues and failures with the VA and both of my ATEM Mini/SDIs.

I'm using the Virtual Webcam in OBS now, so maybe try to add the ATEM in OBS and see if it works there.
And then you activate the OBS Virtual Cam, and set that as webcam source in Skype, it seems more reliable for me.

When you use skype, make sure you choose and allow the correct video input in the skype software

A bad USB cable or port, maybe?
