I have an ATEM Constellation 2M/E and a 1M/E Panel. I installed the new ATEM Update 9.6.2 which allows all constellation switchers to controll PTZ cameras via VISCA over IP on both devices.
ATEM Software Control shows me all the new features and I am able to input the IP-Adresses of my PTZ cameras. When trying to Control them with the Advanced Panel via the "Camera Control" Menu I am simply told that my ATEM switcher does not support VISCA Control.
Check to see if your PTZ camera is set to VISCA mode. I have the ptzoptics brand (haven't tried with my constellation yet). They can be configured for a few different communication protocols. You would do this in the camera's menu system.

Currently visca is controlled from the SDI menu of the Camera Control page on the Advanced Panel. Rather than pressing VISCA within the Camera Control menu, stay in SDI and attempt to control.
