No Atem in Resolve for Replay

Greetings all,
I'm having trouble getting my Atem Extreme ISO to show up in Resolve for "Replay" setup. I'm following the step by step in the Replay Editor guide. For some reason on two separate machines the UVC webcam is found, correct driver installed and works with Microsoft camera app yet neither resolve PCs, Studio or Free, sees the Atem webcam output. Unlike the guide the I/O is grayed out but Resolves sees the mic from Atem input? Am I missing something here?

Maybe "...a thousand words.." would help? In the screenshot you can see the audio out of the ATEM detected as Mic but not the Webcam video. You can also see other applications have accessed it without issue. It's even in the taskbar (Mic) when accessed. This is very confusing as I've reread the manual step-by-step too many times to count.

Just wondering, what guide are you following?? So far I have yet to find a guide to do this. If i could see one I could probably solve this issue.
