Atem HD8 ISO Issues with Fan and display

I have two Atem HD8 ISO devices for my company and one has a wonky display on the bottom and quite often some of the displays don't work and i have to reboot. The other has fan noise that sounds like a bad fan. Anyone else having these issues?

We have the exact same issue with our HD8 ISO. Irritating noisy fans that runs unevenly all the time, and the bad display. It was like this from day one

Has anyone replaced the fan in an HD8? The fan noise has to be the only aspect of the HD8 that I've been unhappy with.
