BMCCPRO6KCINEMACAMERA MENU

After multiple downloads -- uninstalls of wrong software and reinstalls of correct software from 6.0-7.9...my menu is still locked...cannot get through it to use it.

Contacted BMCC tech line...they gave me specific instructions on which software to download -- original 6.0 and did so...and menu problems still exist.

Unless anyone else here has had EXACT problems and solved them...I have no choice but send the camera back to BMD for work to be done.

When you say locked, what do you mean specifically, is the touch screen not working? Menu button?

BOTH...touch screen and menu button non working.

Cannot get out of menu except to take a shot or turn it off/on again and get main lens screen.
