Gridlines are recorded, but not "on" in setup

PostMon Nov 18, 2024 12:53 pm

I'm recording on a BM 4k Pro GT camera running 8.1 software.
in the Monitor settings, i have 'gridlines' "off", however, my recorded footage has them on. It's a real problem to edit out after the fact, and am wondering if there is another setting conflicting with this? Ihave 2 of these identical cameras, I've gone through the settings on all pages/windows/screens and all settings and they are set the same, yet 1 camera records gridlines (despite them not being on my camera panel) and the other does not. I've rebooted the camera - it still exists. Any insight please?

It sounds like you have Grid on for the HDMI out and you're recording externally.

Try this instead. ;)

My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

Are you aware that you can have different settings for HDMI output and the touchscreen?
My disaster protection: export a .drp file to a physically separated storage regularly.
