Hyperdecks Not Connecting to Atem ???

Hey all,

I have an ATEM TV Studio 4K8 with 3 Hyperdeck Studio 12G SDI's connected.

All of these decks were working flawlessly for over 2 years until recently - 2/3 decks decided to disconnect and I can't seem to figure out what is going on.

I have tried swapping out ethernet cables, tried to re-connect the decks manually using former IP address, changed IP's and tried connecting.. Just updated firmware for switcher as well as all 3 decks and nothing is working.

Has anyone else encountered this before? Going to give BM a call today I think and see if they can help diagnose the issue but very strange as I have done nothing different with the machione this whole time.

UPDATE - Turns out it was a network issue - our IT guy was unaware we were using specific static IP's and mapped new devices to them which was causing a conflict. To anyone who may encounter this issue in the future, definitely check what static IP's are being used on your network because this was driving us crazy.
