Hi, I've been using a Mini Pro at my church for about 2 years, more recently I have taken over leadership of the Tech Team so am getting more involved and knowledgeable about the Mini Pro. I have twice recently updated the software and we're now running the latest version 9.6.2 Prior to this it was version 9.5.1 and originally I think 9.3.8
Since updating I have noticed what I perceive to be a bug/s and would like some feedback or pointers to overcome the problem.
We use M/E 1 to provide lower thirds lyrics for songs. Our Chroma Fill & Source are set to Pro Presenter on Ch4.
Mask: Top = 7.8, Bottom = 0.35, Left & Right 16
Flying key: Position: X = 0, Y = -9.10
Size: X = 0.58, Y = 0.56
We currently don't use Picture in Picture keys but one could be accidentally pressed.
If a PIP position key is pressed it overwrites the Flying Key parameters on all M/E 1 tabs.
If KEY On is pressed it will turn off the PIP Position button but the system retains the last PIP position values.
The only way to correct this problem is to manually rewrite the Flying Key values or run a Restore
I'm certain this problem did not exist before the updates. Am I missing something?
As part of testing I have found Restore does not reset all values, e.g.:
The following parameters do not get restored with a saved file:
Luma, Pattern & DVE Fill Sources
Transition rates (always default to 1:00)
Many thanks
Guy
