BMD Desktop Video Setup Win11Pro not opening

We have a new Decklink Duo2 capture card in a new computer build just last week. Windows 11 Pro. Initially, the Video Setup opened and we were able to set the camera inputs to desired setting. Now just a week later, and the Desktop Video Setup app will not open. The icon does appear in the toolbar. All of the other BMD products do open. We are running Vmix as our production software using two cameras imported through the Decklink Duo2. One camera is showing in its input channel and one shows as offline. I have tried updating drivers and the system says drivers are up to date. I have rebooted the computer multiple times. The reason for even attempting to open the setup is because of the one camera showing as offline.

I'm having this exact problem too, also on Windows 11 pro. Did you ever figure out a fix? Or what caused the problem in the first place?
