Web Presenter HD

New webpresenter and i cannot get a video image from a camera or from a constellation output. What am I doing wrong.

Did you check if the software on the web presenter is up to date?

It is just not showing on the panel display, or do you also get no signal if you open up OBS or similar and select the BMWP as your source?

I just got a new BMWP, the panel screen is lit but blank, but its actually working fine - I can use it as a source
