App to convert videos into cartoon style

Hi! Does anyone know of an app that can turn videos into a cartoon style? I've seen apps that do this with photos - where you upload an image, and it transforms into a cartoon-like version, but is there something similar for videos? Do any apps like this exist, or can DaVinci Resolve handle it?

Did you ever find an app to use inside Resolve or at least work separately on your local computer for this? I know there are AI apps online that can do a good job but the ones I've tried tend to only work for very short clips that you upload.

Note: you seem to have a typo in your thread title (sartoon instead of cartoon! ) You might want to edit the title so more people respond? Although I looked at your post only because I wanted to know what "sartoon style" was!

I looked around real quick and found a video of a guy showing how to create a cartoon effect just with DaVinci Resolve effects, just add Abstract and Watercolor to the clips. It's an OK affect and with some more tweaking could be even better? I can't post links yet (because I guess I'm too new here ) but the video is by "WebbsWeb" and titled "Create Video Cartoon Effect -Davinci Resolve 18" if you want to look it up.
