Help Identifying a Diode Near the HDMI Port on ATEM Mini Pro

PostTue Jan 28, 2025 9:27 pm

Hello!

I’ve encountered a small problem. I have an ATEM Mini Pro, and its HDMI output failed. I managed to repair it, but during the soldering process, I accidentally desoldered a diode (D6) near the HDMI port and lost it.

Could you please help me identify this diode? What is its marking and purpose? I would like to order the component and solder it back in place.

My assumption is that it is a TVS diode used for ESD protection of the CEC line (pin 13 of the HDMI connector).

I could solder a similar component, but I would like to restore the original circuit design. Please help me.

Thank you very much!

Also, I forgot to ask about the D7 diode array. I understand that it is an ESD protection for the HDMI line and assume that it is PESD4USB5B-TTSX, but it’s always better to get information from the original source.

Huge thanks in advance!

Are there any Blackmagic hardware developers on this forum? Can anyone help me? I don't need a schematic or component specs (although that would be too good). Just tell me the values of D6 and D7. I really need help.
