I have only tested a Samsung 256 GB flash drive for USB-C. It tops out at ProRes, but can't handle ProRes HQ.
Maybe nobody in this forum has tested SD cards yet for this purpose, so it's up to you.

ProRes 4:2:2 is 10 bit, even the smaller versions are, while 4444 can be 12 bit.
My iPhone 15 Pro Max can also record HEVC in 10 bit 4:2:2 to save space.
