ATEM Mini Pro trouble with Zoom and projection

We just started using the ATEM Mini Pro in our sanctuary and are having issues. We have 3 PTZ cameras and a computer for PowerPoint in the ATEM inputs and an audio feed from our mixer into Mic 1. We also have a laptop connected via the USB C out to run Zoom, record, and the ATEM software. The HDMI out is going to a splitter that feeds our front TV monitors and the Nursery TV. Finally, we are livestreaming to YouTube via the CAT 5 output. Here are some challenges:

Zoom is filtering out any music. We used to control it before, but now cannot. We tried using Teams but that doesn't give us any audio. We thought of having our Zoom folks switch over to YouTube but that would eliminate conversation and they are technically challenged so we're trying to keep it simple for them. We wondered about using Share Screen in Zoom to project the livestream. Also, we presently cannot bring Zoom audio or video into our sanctuary.

Secondly, we would like to use the Multi-view via the HDMI out but cannot with this setup. Is it possible to split the CAT 5 to run our TV monitors and livestream and simply show the livestream on the monitors and thus free up the HDMI out for multi-view?

Thirdly, the ATEM doesn't allow us to change or edit camera presets and scenes. We have a PTZ app that could work but not great.

Frankly, we're very frustrated. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

im using zoom , and have not problem with music .. Maybe any new feature ?

If i can good understand , U missing one output .. U need USB for zoom , hdmi out for venue and ETH for stream .. no out for multiview .. Thats problem of MINI Series ..

For PTZ controlling , im using Stream deck keyboard and Bitfocus Companion .. U can do allmost everything with that

Check your zoom audio settings - there are various audio options. The background noise setting will often remove music as it thinks it's in the background. There should be an option to disable all the fancy audio tweaking it does and just pass through what you send it.

Thanks. We have tried disabling the background noise cancelling in Zoom but it no longer works. Not sure why. We are experimenting with putting our Livestream feed on ShareScreen for our Zoom users, but again are having intermittent audio issues. We have a streamdeck device that we used to use with obs for camera scenes but I'm not sure how we can hook that up with our setup.
