Decklink Duo 2 not found on Mac Studio 2 Max

Just upgraded to a Mac Studio and am not finding my Decklink Duo 2. It used to be installed on a Mac Mini M1. I have confirmed that it is working by connecting to another mac (Mac Mini M1). I have taken all the security steps and confirmed all exceptions. When I look at system info, the Echo Express SE-I TB3 in which the card is mounted is there...but not DLD2 when I open Desktop Video Setup.
macOS is Sequoia 15.3.1. It's connected via one of the 4 firewire ports. Not sure what's up. I have run these cards on different Macs and never had a problem.
Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated...
