Duplicate Frames BRAW Video Assist 5" 12G HDR Fuji X-S20

Hi,

I am using the Blackmagic Video Assist 5" 12G HDR to record BRAW via HDMI with Fuji X-S20.
My Fuji X-S20 is setup to output 6.2K 23.98 over the HDMI. Most of the recordings are working as expected but some of the files will end up duplicating frames. The file will still be 23.98 but on these files every other frame will be a duplicate. I posted a sample file at the link below. Would there be any suggestions in regards to what may be causing this result?
