
Not sure if you have already tried this, but hard booting the device works for me. We have a 20TB Cloud Store and have an ongoing issue with it loosing internet at random. Once the internet has lost connection the ONLY thing that works is unplugging. and plugging it back in. The Internet comes back on and all is right with the world...until it looses connection again.
I know this is such a basic and annoying thing to have to do, but it works. If you already tried this and you still cannot connect you may just want to send it in for assessment/repair to BMD. Their Phone support is dismal at best and that is their solution to anything hardware related.
