Network optimization is useful if you're uploading a video to YouTube. It allows YT to begin processing the video before the upload is complete, thus reducing the total processing time.

There may be other benefits but this is the reason I use it.
Resolve 19 Studio, Fusion 9 Studio

I'm refugee from Sony Vegas slicing video for my YouTube channels.

I see ... thanks for sharing that but isn't strange that this option is not listed in the YouTube Settings section?

Also where I can find details information about it?

It's designed for network playback, like from a server to your Smart TV using DLNA.

I've never had a problem using it, so I just do.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

So you mean that the rendered file will be better when played back from server? Is that all? What about YouTube?

How I can find information about it since it is not mentioned in the user manual?

Well it is not urgent or important matter to contact support. Will wait until someone post information on the forum.

As I understand, the MOOV atom is a block of metadata that contains information about the video necessary for playback. Writing applications normally put it at the end of the file since that is where they left off writing.

A playing application needs to read the MOOV atom to begin playback. Normally, this means seeking to the end of the
file. Network Optimization puts the MOOV atom at the beginning of the file which means playback can start sooner.

The ffmpeg utility has a -movflags +faststart parameter that places the atom at the beginning.
