Is there a text and title plugin for Resolve. I have V19 and there is currently not a way to set font size with the default text tool. Any ideas?

Well, the Text+ tool on the Edit page has more title options than the regular text tool. Have you tried using that?

Using the Basic Title if you highlight the text box and open the Inspector you will get all the text tools including resizing. Also have a look at page 962 of the current Reference Manual.
