Hello there, I have just bought Studio 19 and am learning my way around it. Is it wise to wait before upgrading to the 20 since I have been reading about a few bugs? Or should I go for it before it becomes paid?

If you wanna get work done without mishap then wait.

A personal system. (Editing should always be done on a dedicated system - no games, no email, no office, no security, no development - just the OS and the tools you need to work.)
My Biases:

You can choose to post something useful or pedantic. I prefer the former.
